  Meet the Stacie(ey)'s

Over twenty years ago Stacie Franchell from Savannah met Stacey Trzeciak from Boston while both working in the vibrant Atlanta restaurant scene.  As the years passed both had jobs at different restaurants and their hospitality experience grew along with their mutual love for all things food.  They spent their time enjoying dinners out at some of the best restaurants in Atlanta and traveling throughout the country and abroad searching for the next great meal.  These experiences and ideas enriched the food they were already making for friends and family.

Along the way both women married and started families having between them, five children.  The only constant through these many, crazy, fun years has been their passion for cooking delicious food and entertaining family and friends.  Their idea of doing what they love has always been a talked about dream, and now (since all the kids are in school!) their creativity and talent have become a tasty reality with the start of Southern Yankee Kitchen.

     What We Do

Southern Yankee Kitchen prides itself on putting the freshest ingredients into creative recipes.  All sauces, dressings, and marinades are made from scratch and our breads are sourced from local bakeries.  We have honed our culinary style by blending and rounding out our individual flavors to reflect our backgrounds, a dash of the North with a sprinkle of the South.  Our recipes have an outside the box flair while still respecting the simplicity of tradition.  Food is our passion: eating it, creating it, and serving it to you.

Our accumulated expertise allows us to work with you to customize a menu that fits your unique taste, budget, and style.  From hearty business lunches, dinner parties, backyard barbeques, ladies' nights, tailgates, and everything in between we offer inspired cuisine and exceptional service.  We handle every aspect of your event down to the smallest detail because we have a desire for perfection and quality.  We believe that food should be celebrated!
